hi. well we havent kissed (STILL) -_< so im going 2 try this weekend (AGAIN). but the thing is, i dont kno if she wants it, if you know what i mean. i dont know if i should. i mean, i really want to, but how do i get her 2 actually want me 2 kiss her? i really want 2 be able 2 hug her waist 2, but how do i do that? cuz i want 2 make her feel good around me and i wanna make her feel special, but how do i do that verbally and physically? but im mainly concerned about the kissing. can u help me out with it?

Making her feel special etc is a long term project.
It involves building a good relationship through sharing information, sharing feelings, and having affection (hugs, compliments, etc).
Since you want to kiss her this weekend you don't have time to wait. Here are three ideas: first, get some Hershey's kisses and ask her if she wants one. Hopefully she will say yes and then as you give it to her say would you like a real kiss too? Second, pretend you see something on her cheek and bring your head in closer to take a look and then when you are very close kiss her. Third, when you are outside, facing her, point to the sky behind you and say "Say, look at that star!" When she lifts her face and is looking over your shoulder, give her a kiss.
