im 15. me and this guy have been friends for about a year, and we talk a lot but its usually joking around and stuff. we'll always just like slap eachother in the face when we see eachother, call eachother names, and we'll make fun of stuff together. hes really cute and i broke up with my boyfriend bcuz i have feelings for him. I asked him how to break up with my bf (aka making sure he knew i was gonna be single) and he gave me like actual good serious advice, and hes not really very serious a lot of the time. At our school dance, he wasnt being his usual self and he was being really nervous/shy but idn if it was just to me. it was like he was scared to get too close to me even tho we danced a few times, i asked him. I dont know if he likes me back, do you think based on this stuff that i have any chance?

Lots of guys are nervous at dances and it is a good sign that you two danced together.
My advice is to ask him if he wants to hang out or even go out with you.
