i liked a girl, and didn't do a thing about it cos i wasn't sure if she liked me. we were friedns. then we went to different schools. i kept thinking about her, and the more i thought about it, the more i realised that she actually did like me. so when i saw her online the other day, i decided to talk to her. we've never talked to or seen each other for more than a year. so i said "hey how are you?". and she said "u are?". ouch. those two words hurt me so bad. she has actually forgotten about me. i didnt reply, and went offline instead. what went wrong, and how do i fix it? btw i know she's still single.

Maybe she hadn't forgotten you but wanted to be sure it was really you.

You shouldn't have such a thin skin about these things because it will hold you back from developing relationships. Always give the other person the benefit of the doubt.

Next time you see her on line say hi but mention who you are.
