Is it me...or is he acting like he likes me?

theres this guy at my new school who i immedietly started crushing on. he found out and told my best friend that i was cute, but didnt want a girlfriend. i wasnt asking him out, so i emailed him and told him that. i didnt even want her to talk to him. we started emailing and he seemed really nice to me. but, that could just mean he's being friendly. then he started doing all these weird things...like coming and talking to people i talked to, when he wasnt even friends with them. also, he walks all the way to my side of the room from the oppodite side to ask the teacher silly questions that seem like an excuse to get up and come over there. he did that three times at least. he always stares at me and sits near me, but not beside me at lunch. do you think that means he's crushing on me, just trying to learn more about me, or that its all just in my head??

Email him and tell him you just want to be friends. It sounds like he likes you but it's better to start off slowly.

Ask him if he wants to hang out. Then you could go to dinner or some event together still as friends. Pretty soon it may grow into something stronger.
