Hi, i wrote once before, and you replied by sending me to another page of your site. It was kinda helpful, but that was only written for guys who already were friends with the girl. But i don't, i simply have a crush on her, and i think she likes me too. We smile at eahcother, look at eachother, and when she's by herself, she talks to me. I understand why she probably doesn't want to, but when her other friends come round, we don't talk at all we only look at eachother and smile a bit. The problem is she's almost ALWAYS with her friends, i really want to talk to her, but i can never get her alone. So the only way to do it is by talking to her with her friends, but i don't want to embarrass her or ehr friends. What do i do?

This is a common problem but there is no easy solution.
Ask her for her phone number and any other contact method. Then enjoy each other's company that way for a while. Then ask her to hang out or go to a movie or dinner.
At some point ask her to go out with you.
