We are together but does she like me?

Well...with this girl I would usually flirt with her and sometimes talk on the phone. And when we chat, at the end of messages she would usually say "i luv u" and all these good things...she probably knew I like her.
One day, I proposed her and she told me the ansewr the next day. At first she didn't believe me and I had to prove her.. But she gave the anwser in chat...not on phone or outside....I am not sure if she was shy or not to say on the phone....she said she didn't know how to give answer....so I told her that I love her and she said she love me too....but she didn't seem excited or anything...so I m just confused...

She is probably confused about what it all means to be in love.
You and I live in different countries, so perhaps you use the term "propose" differently. Where I live (U.S.) propose means to ask someone to marry you. I mention this just in case there is some confusion between you and her.
Continue to communicate with her, share your feelings back and forth, and be affectionate (hugs, compliments, etc.)
Whatever you do, don't just let this relationship fall apart for lack of talking. Talk whenever you get the chance and try to understand each other... it isn't easy.
