My girlfriend recently went on vacation where she met another guy she says that they are friends but he always calling her when were together or when she is at work.When she came home she showed me a picture and told me that he might call her what do i do about this and how do i stop being so upset over other guys

Jealousy is a very mean master.
It rules you through anger, fear, and imagination. It makes you feel sick.
There are two ways to fight it. The first way is to treat it as the enemy it is. Whenever a jealous thought comes into your mind, tell it to go away and leave you alone, say that your g/f is faithful and you have nothing to worry about.

Also talk with your g/f about the subject in a gentle, open manner (which is not easy to do). If she understands your feelings better she is more likely to respect them.
