Since she is living with you and says she loves you, you can be pretty sure that kissing and cuddling will start up again.
What you can do to help is to communicate (share info), be compassionate (share feelings), and be affectionate (say your sorry, compliment her, hug her).
Be a best friend and she will find her way back to you.
Good luck! George
