Asking out a friend

I have been working at this pizza place with this girl for about four months now. For the last three months I have been absolutely infatuated with her. She of course doesn't know this though. I wanted to ask her out but she had a boyfriend. Five days ago though, she broke up with him because she found out he had cheated on her. She seems to be taking this fairly well and we have been chatting online since I've only worked with her once since her breakup. I was just wondering if it was the right time to ask her out on a date or if I should give her some more time. What would be a good way to ask her out? I work with her tomorrow and was planning on doing it then when we took a break and sat down to eat. Thanks in advance.

She will probably says yes because she is trying to get over the break-up with her b/f.

Don't be shy about it. Say you find her very attractive and you would be happy to take her out for dinner or a movie.
