She's Jealous of my Manager

My girlfriend thinks that I am cheating on her with a manager that I work with, I have told my girlfriend that there is nothing between me and this manager. What can I do to help our relationship go more smoothly?

One of the nasty things you discover about jealousy is that it's nearly impossible to "fix" from the outside. She's jealous because she feels insecure. She thinks if you find someone else that is "better than her" that you'll desert her. So right now it's your manager. Next week it'll be someone else. And since the problem is not YOU - it's HER - no matter what you do, she'll just keep finding new people to worry about.

and try to help her understand that she is WORTHY OF LOVE. That's what it comes down to. If she feels she DESERVES you, she will feel satisfied that you will stay with her, just as she knows she will stay with you. But as long as she keeps thinking you deserve better, she's going to assume that any girl you are talking to that SEEMS better is going to steal you away.
