one minute hes nice the next minute hes so sweet...kind of
he gives me little hints
i wanna tell him i like him so bad
what do i do

If you only know him online then you don't really know him.

He could be a molester, pervert, or whatever.

It's too soon for you to tell him you care for him. Wait until you feel like you really know him. Ask him for details about his life, what music he likes, what cable he watches, and other things that would indicate that he is in your age range.

Whatever you do, don't agree to meet him alone. If he passes all your tests, then you might agree to talk to him on the phone.
