Why is he mad at me?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
There is a guy I know that I have never been really good friends with, but we have almost all the same friends, so we have always hung out a lot, in and out of school. This year, I asked him to the Sadie Hawkins as a friend, as he said yes, and we had a good time.
But, after all that, we stopped talking. When I see him and I try to say 'Hi' or whatever, but in general he has been pointedly not talking to me, and ignoring me whenever he can. If me and my friend are walking he'll walk up, say "hi" to her, look and me and then walk away. People have been asking me if we are in a fight, and I don't know what to say!
I feel like I've lost a friend I never really had, and it's really annoying. I don't need to be best friends with him, but I would like some manner of civility...
Can you help me?

RomanceClass.com Advice
A good way to get to the bottom of this is to just ask him what's going on.

Say "Hey, we used to be friends, but now you aren't even talking to me. What's up?"

He may not be able to handle this direct approach so don't be surprised if he doesn't answer.

Also, couldn't you get a friend to ask him what's the problem.

Good luck! George
