i went out with this girl in around july time, and when we were together it was amazing and she ended up finishing with me, because she liked her ex at the time, well since then i havent been able to move on, and i still feel the same way about her, well she tells me she likes me, and wants to meet me and stuff, but she likes someone else, and im not sure where i stand, because she tells me that nothing can happen, but yet, she wants 2 c me and kiss me and stuff, "like old times" but i cant be with her because she likes this other guy, what do i do???

Maybe you should see her again and kiss and stuff "like old times."
This is likely to attract her back to you and make her forget about this other guy she is interested in.
Just don't pressure her about the other guy or act dissatisfied.
