what should I do i'm confused

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I dated this boy for a couple of monthes.I wouldn't say I fall for him but I developed strong feelings for him.We broke up.Now he's moved on and I haven't.He's got a new girl friend and i'm still single missing him.He still calls every now and then and tries to come see me.I don't know what to do.He's got a girlfriend.Should I say what I feel reguardless.Or should I just let it go and tell him to leave me alone.But i miss him so much.Please help me!!!!Does he deserve another chance if he broke up with me?Should I even try to get back with him?
