Friend i really like what to do?

Ive got a problem I have known this girl for a while now, and she has just started to work at my work, since then we have gone out with some people from work but always end up alone at the end of the night, we had lunch together yesterday but i am aprahensive to ask her out as we have to work together, and the are already rumours flying. Also some advice on actually asking her out would be good aswell.

Don't worry about asking her about because you work together.

That is unless you know your business policy frowns on it.

Regarding asking her out, the simpler the better. Just tell her you find her attractive and ask her to go out to dinner or the movies.
