i have a friend that i asked out back in january. she said no. i asked her 5 days after her ex broke up with her. She said "im not interested in us like that". since then we have grown close. we go to movies, dinner, and she even took me on a picnic. so im confused. does she like me? we are both in college but theyre an hour apart. how do i approach this situation? she literally told me shes not interested in me as a bf. so should i ask her out again? did the timing i asked her afect her decision to day no? should i try kissing her? im also not sure if shes interetsed in dating anyone right now because shes in college. so tell me whats my next move???

Kiss her on the cheek. If she seems good with that then kiss her on the lips.
If that goes well then tell her how you feel again.
