Hey,
So there is this guy in one of my classes. I started talking to him about 2 weeks ago. Our conversations are fairly short. The first time I talked to him my eyes were watering cause there was something in my eye and he asked me if I was crying. I said no I have allergies. Than this girl was all are you allergic to us? I said no Im allergic to Ragweed, only it came out "Wagweed" , so the next day in class he asked me how my "wagweed" was doing I said fine. Than the following class we talked a little. Than something weird happened I started developing feelings for him,he walked past me in the morning and looked at me out of the corner of his eye. So that day in class we didnt talk at all we just made eye contact a few times. than the next time I had class with him he looked at me and I kinda smiled shyly. than when we were waiting at the door for the bell to ring he tapped my foot with his. So in the hallway when he was walking to his next class I gave him an ivitation to a party im having, I told him it was an invitation and he asked me if I wanted him to keep it. I said he kinda had to. And he said well I will have to look at my scedule. And we went our seperate ways. My question is... Is he flirting with me? Or is that just his personality?

Sounds like it's his personality.
You probably caught him by surprise and he didn't know what to say. If he doesn't reply soon be sure to follow up and ask him his decision.
When he tapped your foot, he was definitely flirting.
