Confusing guy

I like one my closest guy friend but i don't know if he likes me back! All of my friends tell me that he does cause they say he constantly flirts with me but I've noticed that he does that to all the girls he hangs out with!! This is my first big crush and i've never went out with anybody so I don't know if i should do the first move or just wait it out?

ask him for his phone number, or email, or whatever. The call or email etc and form a closer relationship with him.

Who knows what it may grow to?
