i dont seem to understand

Actually,i have written in before. It is still about the same guy that is in the same class as me. Recently, something interesting happened. He was with his friend and he called me and chat with me. Suddenly he went silent and his friend asked him to say but he said just stood there and said nothing to me. A few days ago, his friend told me that he finds me rather pretty and nice. Does that mean anything or is that just a remark? But why does he take any actions?

That still seems to be the case. I also told you that you would have to take the lead in this relationship.
My advice is the same. Ask him to go out to a movie or whatever.
