So Confused

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have been in a long distance relationship for the past 14 months and my boyfriend just broke it off with me two weeks ago. We spent the whole summer together and right before he headed back to school he told me that he wanted to have a great senior year at college and wasn't sure that being in a long distance relationship was going to allow that. He has said that he still loves me and cares about me, and whenever we talk about our relationship we both start to cry. I just went to visit him at school and he treated me like his girlfriend and we are still so good together. He still calls me everyother night to check up on me and make sure I am ok. He even says that he is lonely and sad up at school, I just want to know how I can get him to realize just how good we are together and that he can have a girlfriend and have a great year at school. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

I think he has already realized that he still loves you.

That's why he is calling you so often and cares about you so much.

Keep on doing what you are doing and he will soon recognize that his plans for a senior year were bad ideas.

Good luck! George
