I am COMPLETELY lost!!!!

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Me and my ex girlfriend had been together for almost two years. We met in high school when I was a senior and she was a sophomore. I was her first real love and she was mine also. Things were absolutely wonderful, until about two months ago. We broke up for the first time, but two weeks later she came back. Things were fine again for another month and then she broke up with me again! Her reasoning this time was that she didn't feel the same anymore, and that she wanted to experience high school life before going to college. I completely respect her decision, but I really have no idea what to do. We still talk every day on the phone for HOURS just like nothing is wrong. She tells me that she misses me and that its not the same without me. She tells me that there is no one else she wants to be with, and when I hang out with other girls she cries and tells me she doesn't want me to be with anyone else. What am I supposed to do? this has been going on for a six weeks. She knows I love her and would do anything to get back together, so its definately not me. Please help me!!!!

RomanceClass.com Advice
Stop talking with her for hours each day.

She will complain, of course, and then you tell her that she has to make up her mind... either she wants you or she doesn't. Tell her if she doesn't want you then you will be very sad but have no choice but to move on.

My guess is she will choose you. You are the one who has to be tough or things will just go on as they are now.

Good luck! George
