How do i get closer to her?

I met this girl and when i met her she told me she didnt have a boyfriend and when i saw her myspace page it said she was dating someone and that she was in love. She called me and kept saying she didnt know why she called me. We were on the phone for 4 hours and only spoke about half the time. I asked her if im going to ever see her again and she said no, what do i need to see you for you're not my boyfriend. Then i asked if she was every going to call me again, and she said no what for you're not my boyfriend. I thought she meant it as a sing so i asked have you ever cheated and she said no what is the point. She is very mean and she said she is mean a lot to everyone. Everything i asked her she said she is not answering me because i dont need to know. How can i get closer to her and how can i keep a conversation with her??>> Thanks a lot.

This girl is very strange.
Why would she stay on the phone with you so long? Was it some sort of test or didn't she have anything better to do?
My advice is to stay away from her because she has a boyfriend and because she is strange.
