I love this guy and he always acts like he hates me...but he does he is also a big show off infront of me and also trys to make me jealous...another thing and I think is a problem is he is my best friend's brother but my best firend dosnt care that I wanna ask him out..and we are never alone we kissed once before but didn't do anything about it. Those he love me back?

He probably doesn't love you but he seems to like you. Keep being friendly with him and soon he may become attracted to you.
