When do i tell her

I have wanted to be more than just friends with this girl. We have been best friends for about a 1 1/2 years. When I look at my live on a long run i don't want to graduate high school because i'm afraid to lose the love of my life. But i don't want to tell her too soon.
Should i tell her now or later.

Then when you feel more confident, ask her out.

Don't tell her about not finishing high-school because she will think you are strange and don't know what you are doing. Girls like guys who have good long term goals like even going to college. Make that your goal and you will have better luck.
