Recently, I have asked a friend to go to the senior prom with me. She accepted. I had felt a physical attraction before, but now it is beyond that. I'm yin and she's my yang. I had first told her how I felt. At first she didn't believe me, but after a while she realized I wasn't joking. She didn't react all.
She told me that she didn't want to get into a serious relationship (her last bf cheated on her) and now she was having a fling with some guy. I keep trying to reach but to no avail...she doesn't maintain eye contact when I'm talking to her privately and our friends say I have no chance. Plz help!!

There is little to encourage the thought of a good relationship to emerge from her.

You should let her go and find someone new.
