Have her feelings changed?

I have liked my friend for a very long time. It is very complicated. I asked her out back in January and she said no and wanted to be friends. I asked her this 5 days after she got out of a serious relationship. We still go to movies alone and have lunch. Lately I've been getting signals that she wants me. We were watching a movie and she looked over a dozen times and stared at me for a few seconds. Then she wanted to have a picnic with me in the park. She gives me very tight hugs. And now she invited me to come party and spend the night in her dorm. (I'm a sophomore in college and shes a freshman in college but we go to different schools about an hour apart) My question is have her feelings changed since she turned me down when I asked her out? I am going to her dorm in a few weeks. Should I kiss her? She means a lot to me. Thank you for your help.
