i have a wonderful girlfreind right now but truthfully im not over my ex. i loved her more then anythin i ve ever loved before. well it came summer an i havent talked to her but twice this summer, and i gradually forgot her and met my girlfreind i have now. but now that schools startin back, ive startd thinkin about her alot, an its gettin me really depressed. im afraid i m gonna get more and more depressed when i see her and end up hurtin the girl im with right now. i dont wanna call my ex to talk to her, and i m afraid of what my girlfreind now would think or say if i told her what was goin on. i dont know what to do. its all a big mess

The kind thing to do would be to tell your current g/f what's going on.

It will hurt her, but at least it will be honest.

Then, once your mind is clear of this girl, you can concentrate on what to do about your ex.

It's likely you will end up with no girlfriends but these are the chances we take.
