how to stop cheating

OK every girlfriend i have ever had which is to many to count, well they have cheated on me even the love of my life we went out for 2 years she cheated on me and i stuck it out and kept going out with her till i seen it coming again all i want to know is how can i avoid this always being cheated on or am i going to have to suck it up and deal with it till it stops if it ever does.

please help,
