hi, i am a 16 year old guy. i have fallen in love with a girl i have known for 18 months. i recently asked her out and i got turned down but she says she wants to be close friends. we hug hello and good bye and sometimes hold hands but im not sure what her response would be if i kissed her on the cheek.

i feel that kissing her on the cheek may help me express my feelings for her and show her how much i love her. but im still not sure wether she would like that or not... help please... thanks

Ask her if you can kiss her on the cheek.

Forget it.
