Wel..i asked this girl i love out for a movie..then at the movies she did not mind us holding hands...so i asked her out about a week after that and she said she wanted time...she never said a yes or no..as someone else had also asked her out..now i asked her again 4 a movie and she sed yes..Do you think i should ask her out after the movie?? and should i hold her and kiss her at the movies and tell her that i love her?

You should do what you feel comfortable doing and at the same time what she feels comfortable doing.

All the things you suggested are fine as long as she gives you good feedback when you do them. If she is hesitant, talk to her about it so you understand how each of you feel. Girls are human and can speak so take advantage of that to communicate with her.
