Should I make the move?

K....Here it is me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost two months now. And we hugged once and havent kissed and i really want to but i dont want to pressure him into it. im pretty sure he wants to but he is a strong christian and he is a pretty shy guy. Also, he is my first and im his so we both dont really know what were doing. how do i tell him i want to kiss and hug more without him feeling pressured. I think the whole age difference is part of the problem im 14 but turning 15 in 2 weeks and he is 17. i talked to him a little bit before and he said when im a little older. should i just wait till that time or make the move? HELP!!!

He is probably just shy and needs a tiny shove.
