Is this a love?

I proposed my best friend last march month. She refused me.After few days,she again normal to me. But sometimes she react abnormally like telling she want to live alone or she is unable and bad girl. She told me that she was not angry to me and not understand what was happening to her. She dont want to close to anybody. I think she likes me but love me? I dont know. She is 15 years old and I am 23. How I get closer to her?

You are too old for her and you could go to jail if you go too far with her.

She is smart to not accept your advances... she is too young.
