Í´m head over heals but want to become closer...more than a friend

Hello thank you for your time for reading this and answering my question. Theres a guy aka NS and we recently have been talking a lot and being really good friends as to the point were we´ve actually gone out together to the movies but only as friends and i think he thinks that i like him, although i deny it and we´ve talked about our friendship and all it comes out to be is that were really good friends to were we might be to the possible point to we´re best friends. last week on wed. he left to houston and i text him if he wanted to come see a movie w/ a couple of friends and he said he couldn´t go b/c he was in houston but he was coming back the same day @ 9 p.m. and we were meeting at 8 so he ended up saying that he´ll try to get there.. plus he had to convince his mom to let him go. So wut ended up happening was that he text me during the middle of the movie saying that he was here and asked me in wut theatre i was in and at the timw i text him back he was right behind me talking to me about 1 to 1 1/2 inches from my lips and he came early to see me and gave me a hug and the reason he came was because i was leaving the next day to cancun and sense that day i cant´t stop thinking about him. I think that the real ..i guess... answer is that... its up to him... right?

Tell him that you are "starting to develop feelings" for him and see what he says. He may feel the same way back.
