I need serious help!!!

This girl I have been talking to is 15, and I am 18. I know it might be a little to old, but I really like her. Ok my question is this. She tells me to call her. When I do she wont talk, unless I do all the talking, and she rarely talks then too. What do you think I should do or talk about to get her talking. She said she likes me and she would like to date me, but she doesn't act like it. It is also very difficult to get her to laugh too. I need your advise badly. Please help me.

Or maybe she is too immature to talk. Have you tried chat or email as a way of getting her to communicate?

Whenever you are talking with her, ask her about herself, her family, her musical interests, her teachers, her vacation plans, her plans for the future, etc.
