Ok, i've e-mailed u guys like thousands of times before about this guy. He's my neighbor. And i just turned 16 July 5th. I was having all my friends over. And i invited him and he said he couldn't come and said he was truly sorry. And then he said he had a present for me. He brought it over the next day (my b-day) ..it was a huge stuffed tiger..and he bought me a b-day card. Does this show he really does have feelings for me? Because i'm confused. He's shown signs before that he likes me, but i'm not sure. So my friend is gunna talk 2 him. And so far, it's been going well. But she said she didn't say anything to get me a present. he did it on his own. So does this mean he likes me?? please i need help!!

Why not ask him out and discover how he feels for sure?
