my bestfriend is a guy and he has asked me out before but yesterday he told me he cant live without me and that he loves me i know i like him but im not sure i love him what can i do and how do i tell if i love him???? help!!!

If you are not sure if you are in love then you aren't in love.

Love feels different to different people but generally you would not be able to think of anything but him, you would feel physically different (butterflies, etc), you would want to tell him everything and know everything about him, you would trust him completely, and feel very affectionate toward him.

It doesn't sound like you are in love with him. Don't be afraid to just tell him the truth. If you want to go out with him, perhaps your feelings will grow into love.
