hi...i'm the same person who wrote 'Frustrated'...and i'm here again...
well, i am trying to forget him, and my solution is-do not ever think about him! i was doing pretty well for 2 days until he turned up again-today.

i met him working there again today when i was there shopping (at the same mall where he is working at Macdonald) and he kept staring at me AGAIN. i dunno if it's my imagination, but he looked kinda sad when i was leaving and looked at him one last time.

now i am finding it even harder to forget him. can i have some advice as in how to get him off my mind?

Whenever a though of him comes into your mind, tell it to go away.

Tell it that you don't want to be involved with him and tell the thought to stop bothering you. After 100 times the thoughts will give up and go away.
