Loved her for two years. Did everything right. Just didnt work out.We never hooked up. Some days i feel fine. Others totally enraged at all that happened?

I am gradually feeling better. Is there any tips on how to move on like different means of expression or acts so that i can toss out alot of these feelings and waves that keep hitting me? I know it might take a while but what are somethings to help a guy move on and forget what he felt about her without TURNING IT INTO HATE?

And why does she KEEP ASKING HOW I AM DOING?!? Why does she not want me to vanish?
