Is he not in love with me?

I have a messy situation! I have two children from a previous relationship. When we met it was head over heals in love! We now are engaged and we have a four month old baby. The romance is gone. We watch movies together, in seperate chairs, he doesn't touch me, the flames have burnt out.....for him! I am still so deeply in love! The harder I try to make a connection, the more he backs away. We haven't had sex in months, when I offer he turns me down. This has never happend to me! Small conversations turn into a fight. I just want to bring the passion back! I am starting to become very insicure and jelous, this is going to ruin our relationship. He has said that he is not effectionate, where can I draw the line? How do I talk to him without offending him? Believe me I have tried! Please help!
