Do you think I should talk about a definite committment even though it has been months since I told him my feelings

I am so scared to loose My 21 yr old friend that I cry everytime I think of him. I haven't seen him in more than a month and miss him. I don't know if he has a girlfriend because he never told me since febuary. Will it be wise to ask him out and how should I talk to him about it.

He is probably wondering about you and wants to talk to you.

No need to try to think of ways to bring up the subject, it will arise naturally. But if it doesn't just ask him outright.
