Is there too much water under the bridge?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
When I was 15 i fell in love with this guy who was 17. we weren't exclusive, but at the same time were best friends. we drifted romantically a few times but always came back to each other.we were still best friends through it all, supporting each other through new relationships and life. I never minded the other girls and vice versa. then over a year later he started dating a girl i could not stand or get along with.i gave him an ultimatum:it would be all or nothing.i was tired of being the best friends sometimes and the lover other times. he said he was not ready for the ''all'' part. i asked him to never speak to me or acknowledge me.we stuck to it. now im 19 and he's 22. i saw him by chance last week with the same girl. it stirred all my feelings. would it be unwise plan a gathering with our mutual friends and try to win him back, or orchestrate a 'random' meeting? or should i leave it alone?am i too late? i cant get him off my mind after seeing him, i've even been dreaming.he was my first love and i cant seem to let go.

RomanceClass.com Advice
You probably had a "flashback" loving feeling for him.

That wouldn't be unusual in your case.

Since he is still with the same girl, my advice is to leave sleeping dogs lie and don't try to relight the spark with him.

Good luck! George
