... How not to like a girl?

I have a friend who has a friend who is a girl. That girl just broke up with another one of my friends a month ago. Last week he says we 'match'. Said I should go for her. I told him I wasn't interested, and that she only talks to him anyways. However, he didn't leave it there. Everytime us three is together he makes jokes about me and her, and we call him jokingly crazy everytime. He even tells me that she has a little feelings for me, I didn't believe it, the only sign that points to that is that everything I request of her she lets me have. (eg, microphone when singing karoake, but won't give it to him. My friend got a little angry at this, because he didn't get to sing enough songs, and she sang most of them.) She might also be trying to make him jealous or something, not sure, so i don't think she has any feelings for me.
... I don't really want to like her, one of the reasons being that she is my other friend's ex, but these constant jokes by my friend makes me wonder. I told him to avoid it, but he still does it, because he says we 'match'. I asked why doesn't he like her, and he says he just doesn't.
There is also a severe communication problem, second reason why I don't want to like her. I can speak cantonese to her and she can understand it, but she can't speak it back, and know little english. She can only speak mandarin which i have sparse understanding.

Give him the reasons you mentioned. He should understand if he is a good friend.
