she's acting stupid

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
ok we been sort of an on and off relationship but we both feel it and want it but she acts so dumb. one moment we are excellent that things couldnt get better and the next she flips everything and we not good anymore. lately she has been saying that she wants to figure stuff out and its best if we dont talk. i wasnt asked to go to her prom because she thought i was going to say no. it was her prom last night and i was going to pass by where she was ands she said no because she was going to get mad at me. i havent heard from her in 2 days nottin. my question is what should i do now? how do i get her back and make her stop acting stupid ?

Instead of thinking of her as dumb or stupid, think of her as being nervous.

Everyone gets nervous about some things. That appears to be what is troubling her now.

The biggest problem is that she refuses to talk about her problems. If you can't talk you can't help each other out.

My advice is to try to convice her to trust you and talk with you about what is troubling her.
