i am to jealous

im a really jealous person and i need to know how to stop or im going to hurt my realationship,.. im jealous of girls on tv and pictures and stuff cause i dont want my bf to be attracted to them i want him to only desire me and i am jealous of girls in real life to i dont know if he looks at them or not sometimes i think he does im not sure but how do i stop being so jealous????

The first step to stop being jealous is to be trustful.

Trust is one of the major aspects of a good relationship.

Another is honesty and that includes honesty with yourself. Ask yourself, is it really reasonable to expect your boyfriend to not enjoy the sight of an attractive female? If you don't enjoy the sight of an attractive male then you are unusual or hiding your feelings from yourself.

Perhaps you suffer from a lack of self-esteem. Every couple has to deal with this problem of how much interaction with the opposite sex is acceptable. Some couples are very relaxed about it and other couples are uptight.

Try to fight those jealous feelings as much as you can.
