My crush has a gf, but shows signs of liking me

So I have known this guy for awhile now, and i always have liked him. I never did anything about it because he always had girls he had crushes on that he would tell me about. Well later on i found out he liked me, and i liked him too. But now he has a girlfriend. But anytime I see him he is always flirting with me. This one day I was hanging out with him and my other guy friend and he came up to the door and was like "are you ready for our date" and i just laughed cause i didnt know what else to do. Also I think he did something gross and i was like "ewww" and he said "sorry babe". i mean am i getting mixed signals, why would he do this if he has a gf, he doesn't do it around anyone else but me. He has this video game thing w/ a guitar that i had never played before and so he was helping me by holding the guitar and pressing the buttons on the guitar where my fingers were... I am so confused!!
