i keep screwing up

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
my girlfriend have been dating for 3 1/2 years we took a break for about a month over last summer we got back together things have been going good but i am reverting back to my old ways i am picking fights with her over dumb things and i act as im not happy we have talked about this over and over and i say that im going to change and things are going to get better but i dont on monday she wanted to go to a bar and i gave her crap about it i then meet up with her later there she asked me there when i got there she had a real attitude and ahe wanted to leave so i said fine when we were walking to the car she decided she wanted to stay and wanted me to leave who does that to some one you love i know im not perfect and have not been acting right she said she would call me later but she never did its been a day now and i have not spoken to her i am so bumbed about this i am going to go to seek some councling i know i have anger issues but i dont want to loose her but i think she is fed up what shild i do is there any way to make this work thanks
