So jealous of bf living across the ocean close to ex gf who wants him back...

My bf lives in Europe and we have since visted 3 times since getting together. He was engaged before to a gorgeous woman for 3 years but she never gave him a definite answer and he waited for a long time until finally he called it quits. But now I'm in NA and he's over there (in the same city/neighborhood) as her and he recently told me that she emailed him and wants him back and will do anything to get him back. I appreciate his honesty but how do I know he won't cheat on me with her while we're 7000 kms apart? How do I NOT be jealous of this perfect woman who loves him and wants him back? How do I learn to TRUST him?
