Dying of a Broken Heart

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I was in 6th grade and he was in 7th. right away we hit it off and fell in love. Yes i know ur saying were young so it couldnt have been love but it is and it was. Im in 8th grade now he is a freshman and im still trying to get over him. his hugs and little pecks on the lips made my stomach do flips with joy. Now i can't get him back hes moved on and yet im still hear dreaming about what we used to have. I dont think ive ever loved someone that much. i was me when i was around him and for once what i was wearing didnt matter. I want him back now. all i have been feeling for a while year is empty inside i cry myself to sleep almost every night. i no longer laugh when im around guys. All i ever feel like doing is sleeping and crying because its the only way to ease the pain. I think i might die just because of a broken heart. How do i win him back?

First you have to open your mind to the possibility that you may never get him back.

Then seek out professional counseling from your school psychologist or even ask your parents to hire one for you. You shouldn't be in such pain and counseling is the way to work on getting rid of the pain.

Once you have had some counseling you may be in better shape to get him back if that is going to be possible.
