she dumped me not sure why but want her back

i dated a girl for a yr ive known her for 3, it was the best relationship ive ever been in, its long distance but im movin closer for a job in a month, shes had trust issues with the distance but id go see her anytime i could we would talk everyday, we took a break for a few months she was seein another guy, i was fine with that, after she came back our relationship was better then ever. about 5 months after that it got rocky, then it just ended, she said she wanted space, to do get her college partyin phase out, but she didnt want to have a relationship with anyone right now, so i backed off then she said maybe its best we not talk and i was in shock i didnt know what was goin on and when i asked questioned her on it she said i was bein obsessive. about a week after the fall out shes already datin another guy, when i found that out i stopped talkin to her that was 5 days ago, shes called me twice since i found out on monday she called wed left a message about something i gave her askin if i want it back or to just get rid of it, then she called friday and didnt leave a message, i know its still soon, but do i keep doin what im doin until she really makes an attempt to get ahold of me or what? shes 19 btw im 23

It is too soon to say how to fully handle this.

Right now she is contacting you, which is a good thing. You should take her calls and be civil to her and ask her how she is doing. You can let her know that you still care for her if you want to. Keep the calls short... 15 mins or so. Be upbeat.
