ok...to begin with...ive known this girl for 2 years now and have liked her for pretty much the entire time. we are descent friends and will talk and joke around at school...within the last year i have completely fallen for her...its so bad that i have trouble getting through the days because of lack of sleep...and just to head everyon off...i dont just like her sexually...we like pretty much everything that the other does. anyway... not long ago she had a chorus concert and i went to provide support, everything was going great until my kid brother acted like a jerk and made it look like i was pissed because she never hugged me well to make a long story short, she went to hug me and i was sort of afraid :( and i think she picked up on that. now she doesnt talk to me so much and i am terrified that she does not like me...im not the kind of guy who goes asking girls out all the time, in fact this would be a first...i just dont know what to do...

Yeah, she probably thinks you don't like her now.
Apologize to her for your brother's mistake and tell her you would really like a hug from her. Hopefully she will give you one right then and there. If not, go on to tell her that you have "developed feelings" for her. Tell her that summer is fast approaching and you would like to stay in contact with her during the summer... hanging out, and doing things. She will probably want to have someone to spend the summer with too.
Do all this soon or your chance will be gone.
